Banbridge Angling Club is the home club of Geoffrey Hylands, World Cup winner 2017. Anglers wishing to join Banbridge Angling Club for the 2019 season should note that all applications for membership must receive prior acceptance at one of the Club’s monthly Committee meetings. If you wish to be eligible to fish from 1 March 2019 your application form, which can be downloaded from this website, will need to be completed and submitted in time to be considered no later than February’s monthly Committee Meeting. You can post your application form into The Clubhouse, 2a Kiln Lane, Havelock Park, Banbridge and mark the envelope for the attention of the Membership Secretary.
In January 2018 FlyFishing & FlyTying, the premier angling magazine, featured Banbridge Angling Club as the ‘Angling Club of the Month’. They reported on the game fishing on the River Bann and Corbet Lough and described the Club as ‘offering a great mix of affordable river and reservoir game fishing’.
