On Monday 15 August 2022 the Club’s President Joe McCandless and Chairman Sam Watt presented a cheque for £200 from the Club’s uncollected competition prize funds 2020 and 2021 along with a top up donation from the Club to Peggy Magill, Banbridge Visually Impaired Persons’ (VIP) Club. Peggy thanked the Club for its very generous donation to the Banbridge VIP Club. She said that the funds were very important and would be used towards providing or securing the provision of social sevices, educational and recreational facilities, social outings and practical assistance for local people with a visual impairment.
